One company = one subscription; −25 % on the subscription from the second company in a group.

A document is an invoice or a credit note, sent or received; rejections and retries do not count. Beyond the included volume, every document is charged at the price shown in the table — around twenty documents a month comes to about 250 € a year on Essentiel. Your counter is visible in the portal and you are warned as soon as 80 % of the included volume is reached: no surprise on the invoice.

What set-up costs

The work is the same for everyone — verification, mandate, registration, opening your workspace, tests. What changes is the time needed to map your fields to those of the network.

Any structured file will do, whatever its format: it only has to carry an invoice header and lines. On the API plan we convert nothing: set-up is 149 €. The tier is agreed with you before signature, on five to ten of your real invoices, and it is firm — if it takes us longer, that is our problem.

What is charged separately

Everything shown in the table is included. Charged separately: documents beyond the included volume (0.25 € to 0.30 €), reworking your PDFs after set-up if your layout changes (117 € per hour, on written agreement), ERP integration on quotation, and archiving.

Option — 10-year legal archiving

The law requires you to keep your invoices for ten years; this is included in no plan, neither with us nor anywhere else. The option keeps your sent and received documents — readable invoice, electronic file, proof of transmission — and returns them to you at the end of the contract. 49 € per company per year, whoever subscribes. What you should know

Your Peppol identifier belongs to you. If you leave, we release it or transfer it to the provider of your choice, free of charge.

Your data, and who can read it. To convert and display your invoices, we must be able to read them: we will not pretend otherwise. They are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to authorised staff bound by confidentiality, and every consultation is logged. Your data is used only to provide you with the service.

We do not promise a contractual availability rate. Our operator does not guarantee one, and we do not sell a guarantee we do not hold ourselves. We monitor your flows and alert you if a transmission fails.

What happens next

1. We look at five to ten of your invoices and tell you the exact price, tier included — with no commitment.
2. You sign the contract and the Peppol mandate.
3. We set the service up: registration, opening your workspace, sending and receiving tests — allow half a day. If you already have a Peppol identifier elsewhere, we organise its transfer.
